1. Booking Confirmation

Room bookings are confirmed only after availability is checked and confirmation is provided through phone or WhatsApp communication.

In some cases, advance payment may be required to secure the booking.


2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date may be eligible for a partial or full refund (depending on the booking terms communicated at the time of confirmation).
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of check-in may be subject to cancellation charges.
  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

All cancellation requests must be made via phone or WhatsApp.


3. Refund Policy

If a refund is applicable:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (if advance payment was made).
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.

If no advance payment was made, no refund is applicable.


4. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and refund may not be applicable.


5. Modification of Booking

Changes in booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Additional charges may apply if rates vary.
